About Warner’s Distillery - Elderflower Gin
Warner's Elderflower Gin is made with 300 elderflowers soaked in sun, harvested by hand. This gin is a great libation, created to be enjoyed with loved ones all year round.
For a perfect G&T, serve Elderflower Gin with Fever-Tree Mediterranean tonic water, garnish with a slice of lemon and a sprig of fresh mint, then raise a glass with us: to craft, to the land, to laughter, and loved ones.

- Ingredients: Fresh handpicked elderflower, juniper, coriander seed, elderflower, cardamom, black pepper, nutmeg, cinnamon, angelica root, orange peel, lemon peel, plus a secret ingredient…
Nose: Lovely soft floral elderflower with hints of lychees and some more subtle Juniper.
Palate: A lemony zing mixes wonderfully with the elderflower giving a beautiful smooth mouthfeel like icing sugar with delicate spice and a little vanilla.
Finish: The juniper fades out leaving cardamom and cinnamon with elderflower to give a long finish with a bouquet of floral and spicy flavours lingering softly."

Warner's gin production started in 2012 on Tom's and Tina's beautiful family Falls Farm.
We began with the things that matter most and a dream to save the world from mediocre gin. We ended up stripping the industry back to its roots: we became gin farmers.

Warners Distillery is a beautiful family-owned and operated gin brand that takes sustainability seriously.

A few important numbers, which will help you to understand why we love Warner’s Distillery so much. 73.9% of the raw materials for their vast range of gins are taken from the local British farms and that helps them to reduce CO2 emission. 25.4% of the ingredients are grown in the Warners family Falls Farm, and they are self-sufficient in several botanicals including lemon balm, lemon thyme, and lemon verbena.
