About Tarsier Spirit - Calamansi Negroni
What will happen if you take a classic negroni and put a Filipino twist on it? A tropical cocktail called Calamansi Negroni happens, a beautiful pre-mixed cocktail made by Tarsier Spirit.
This drink is inspired by the food of the Philippines, in particular, an abodo, which is a meat stew with vinegar, soy sauce, bay, garlic and pepper, and Toyomansi sauce, which is used with literally everything.
The key ingredient is Calamansi (surprise) – the small citrus that Tarsier company uses in their gin. This is a serious cocktail with the sweet citrus of Calamansi, the sharp richness of Balsamic and the bitter notes of Campari. Just like the food of Southeast Asia, it has a depth of flavour and balance.
Ingredients: Cold distilled Calamansi, Tarsier Southeast Asian Dry Gin, Balsamic Vermouth, Lemongrass infused Campari
Bottle Size: 50cl
Contains 4 - 6 servings (each serving is 75ml for a small, 100ml for a medium and 125ml for a large)
To serve: chill the bottle, fill a rock glass with ice, gently shake the bottle and pour 125ml. Stir for 5 seconds and garnish with orange peel.

Southeast Asian Dry Gin
7 classical gin botanicals Juniper, Coriander Seed, Cassia, Angelica, Orris Root, Liquorice Root and Bitter Almond are distilled with five traditional Southeast Asian herbs Calamansi, Thai Sweet Basil, Galangal and Kampot Pepper, providing an exclusive citrus taste and aroma.
Oriental Pink Gin
Raspberries and red dragon fruit are distilled alongside calamansi, calangal, and traditional gin botanicals. After distillation, raspberry and lychee are infused into the spirit for an incredibly sweet flavour and pink hue.
Khao San Gin
Khao San Gin is inspired by an authentic Khao San Road in Bangkok. To harness the fresh, vibrant flavours of Thai national food, they have cold-distilled Kaffir Lime Leaf, Lemongrass and Thai Red Chilli separately in a vacuum still and blended with a traditional distillate of 10 selected botanicals.
Lychee & Raspberry Bonbon
Lychee and Raspberry Bonbon is a pre-bottled cocktail that combines the flavours of lychee, raspberry, lemon, and buttery pastry which together create a perfectly balanced, sweet and refreshing cocktail.
