About Black Cow Vodka - Black Cow Vodka Strawberry 70cl
This Black Cow Strawberry Vodka is made from locally sourced leftover or misshapen English strawberries that would otherwise go to waste. These strawberries are pressed and then infused in Black Cow Vodka for four days to create a fresh, rich vodka with a beautiful strawberry blush colour.

Vodka from milk you say?!
Jason Barber and Paul Archard were supposed to make cheese just like their parents, grandparents, and grand grandparents have been doing for many years on their family farm in Dorset, England. But once Jason Barber was thinking of new ways to reduce the milk wastes and came up with the crazy idea to make vodka from milk. That is how the Black Cow Vodka brand was born.
How Milk Vodka is Produced?
To make the milk vodka, the milk is firstly separated from the cow (obviously), and then it is separated into curds and whey. The curds are used to make their Barber’s 1833 cheese and Vintage Cheddar and the whey is used to produce the vodka. First, it is fermented using special yeasts that turn milk sugar into alcohol receiving a unique milk beer. Then this liquid is distilled and blended with secret ingredients. The spirit goes through the triple filtering and we got the milk vodka! Moooo!
