Next time when you visit our store you can log-in via Social Media log-ins, or using your email address and password.

Shopping on Lassou works in a very similar way to anywhere else online. Lassou is an online marketplace, which means that you’re not buying your items from Lassou itself, you’re buying indirectly from independent craft sellers. As an online marketplace, Lassou is facilitating the sale.

If there is something that you are specifically looking for on Lassou, a product, a collection, a seller, or content about a topic, you are able to use the large search box at the top of every page.

If you are unable to find what you are looking for, or have questions about an item, a seller, or an order, you can contact Lassou or the seller directly. You can contact the seller by clicking on seller name next to "Sold By" button at the top of the product page.

Lassou is an online marketplace, which means that you’re not buying your items from Lassou itself, the company. Instead, you’re buying indirectly from independent craft sellers.

As an online marketplace, Lassou is facilitating the sale. This means that your order and different products will be delivered to you directly by the seller brand, and not by Lassou. This is the same as if you would purchase any product from an online marketplace 


Order delivery status:

You can check the shipping status of your order on Lassou. If the seller added tracking information, you can check when your order should arrive.
To track your purchase, you’ll see the shipping status to the right of your order:


Not Shipped: The seller hasn’t shipped the order yet or didn’t update the order on Lassou. 

Shipped: The seller marked the order as shipped.

Fulfilled: The seller added a tracking number, and the package has left the shipping facility.


Track package: If the seller added a tracking number, you’d see Track Package. Click Track Package to see more tracking updates.


You can also see shipping information in the shipping notification emails for your order. Click Track Package in the email notification to view the status of your delivery.


Check your item's delivery information.

If your item hasn't arrived yet it may still be in transit, so the first thing to do is to check the delivery information. You can find your order's delivery information in your Purchase history, and in the confirmation email that you receive from Lassou. You'll be able to see the item's expected delivery date, and the address it's being shipped to.


Let the seller know your item hasn't arrived.

If the estimated delivery date for your item has passed, and you still haven't received your item, let the seller or Lassou know, and we will investigate it immediately. You have 30 days from the estimated delivery date to inform the seller that you didn't receive your item.

Changing your shipping details after a purchase

You may be able to change the shipping address or the shipping service you selected for a Lassou purchase, but you’ll need to contact the seller directly, and not Lassou, before they ship the item to you.

If you’ve already completed your purchase but need to make a change to the shipping details, contact the seller as soon as possible. They won’t be able to make changes if they’ve already sent your package.

By clicking on Seller Name  you will be able to contact the seller directly.

Change your shipping details when ordering.

When you’re buying an item, you’ll confirm the shipping method and address at checkout. Make sure you check these carefully before completing your purchase. You can then edit the address, select a different address or add a new address.

Change your shipping address after you’ve paid.

Sellers generally can’t change the shipping address that you provided at checkout. If they haven’t yet sent the item, the best thing to do is to ask the seller to cancel the transaction, then repurchase the item with the correct shipping address.

Change the shipping method after you’ve paid.

If the seller hasn’t yet sent your package, you can ask them if it’s possible to change the shipping method. If they agree, you can work with them to sort out the details—for example, sending extra payment for an express or tracked option.

If the seller isn’t willing to change the shipping method, you can ask them to cancel the order and repurchase the item with the correct shipping method.

You are welcome and encouraged to leave reviews ("Reviews") for a seller's products. 

You’re also welcome and encouraged to rate the products using a 1-5 star rating system ("Rating"). You must complete any Reviews honestly based on your experience with the seller's products. Only customers who have purchased a product of a Seller from Lassou will be able to publish a review of the product on Lassou.

Sellers and customers both acknowledge and accept that your product’s Rating and Review will be publicly available for viewing on the Site.

We are not responsible for checking or editing the Reviews or Ratings on the Site, but will from time to time undertake checks of the content that has been posted. If we come across any reviews which, in our absolute discretion, are illegal, defamatory, offensive or obscene then we reserve the right to immediately remove such posts without notice.

We will investigate any Review which is reported to us as being illegal, defamatory, offensive or obscene and take whatever action we deem reasonably necessary in relation to that Review.

You agree to indemnify and hold us, our affiliates (and their respective employees, directors and representatives), harmless against any claim or action brought by a third party, arising out of or in connection with any Reviews or Ratings left by you on the Site.

If you need to cancel your order, let the seller know as quickly as possible. If the seller already shipped your order, they won’t be able to cancel it for you.

Accepting your request is up to the individual seller. Submitting a cancellation request doesn’t automatically cancel your order.

Lassou strives to make every order accurate so that you receive everything you need right away.

If what you receive isn't what you ordered, please contact the seller. Go to "Seller Profile Page" and click on "Contact Seller" to inform the seller about what happen.

We will do our best to get your correct items to you as quickly as possible.

It depends on the creator and the product. All options are outlined on the product page, so look out for customization options there.

At Lassou we sell well known, high-quality brands of alcoholic and non-alcoholic spirits so when you place an order you can be confident that you're getting exactly what you're expecting. We strive to safely ship our products to our customers, though items may get damaged in transit. 

If you are not completely satisfied with your order, Lassou will work with you to make it right.
If your bottles are corked or flawed but undamaged, please contact us within 30 days after you have placed your order.

We will exchange the products or provide a refund.

If you are not totally satisfied with your order, please contact us within 14 days of purchase with the reasons for your refund request, and we will review your claim before setting up a refund.

Please note, we may require proof of damage, incident, and purchase to consider your refund request.
