At Lassou, we pride ourselves on our ability to deliver alcohol, non-alcoholic drinks and mixers to a huge range of areas across the United Kingdom, no matter the circumstances. That said, we also understand the unprecedented times everyone around the world is up against in the face of the COVID-19 pandemic.
Like everyone else, our sellers are facing extremely unusual conditions right now. If an item hasn't turned up yet, please log-in to your account and check your "Order History", if the items have been marked by our seller as "Shipped", track your number (tracking information regarding your order you can find in the confirmation email), or contact the seller directly (visit "Seller Profile Page" and click on "Contact Seller").
If you can't get in touch with the seller, please don't hesitate and contact us. We are always here to help you.
Fortunately, existing delivery methods are already pretty well-suited to social distancing measures. Customers can place their orders online and pay by cash or contactless card payment when items arrive. If you're expecting delivery to your home, we ask that you adhere to social distancing measures, as well as ensuring sanitising techniques. Please follow the most up-to-date Government health advice, and wash your hands after your delivery has been completed, as you would any other delivery, just to be on the safe side.
