Pampelle is the bittersweet Aperitif crafted in France with handpicked Ruby Red Grapefruit from Corsica.
How is Pampelle made?
The hero of this complex aperitif is the Ruby Red Grapefruit, handpicked in the idyllic Corsica. This fruit is responsible for its sweetly bitter flavour profile.
The grapefruits are halved and macerated at length until full extraction occurs. To enhance the natural citrus aromas, fresh citrus peels are macerated and distilled in copper.
Batches are blended with Cinchona tree bark quinine, natural Gentian bitters and our signature Eau-de-Vie, made from grapes that have been fermented and distilled through column stills - Pampelle.
Pampelle is refined on the banks of the River Charente in Cognac where every bottle is stamped with the seal of a Damselfly, a protected native species.
Pampelle is naturally lower in sugar and best enjoyed chilled. Try this artisanal bittersweet aperitif in an iconic Palpelle Spritz!
