Ingredients:
- 1 tablespoon sugar (can substitute with agave syrup)
- juice of 1 lime
- 10 blackberries
- 5 mint leaves
- 50ml of aged rum
- 25ml blue curacao liqueur
- 100ml club soda
Method:
Put mint, lime juice and sugar in a shaker, muddle them gently. Pour rum, blue curacao, ice, and shake it well. Strain over ice. Top up with soda and stir gently. Add blackberries, lime wheel and mint. Enjoy!
Old Jamaican
Old Jamaican is a sweet and refreshing tropical cocktail that will make you feel like you are in Jamaica!
Ingredients:
- 1 sprig of fresh mint
- 30ml lime juice
- 50ml Warner’s Trash & Treasure Spiced Rum
- 15ml pure cane simple syrup
- 1 dash Angostura bitters
- Sparkling wine — to top
Method:
In a shaker, gently muddle the mint and lime juice. Add the rum, simple syrup and bitters, fill with ice, and shake until well-chilled. Strain into a highball glass filled with fresh ice. Top with sparkles and garnish with a mint. Salud!
Rum and Ginger Ale

Ingredients:
- 50ml The Duppy Share Aged Rum
- Ginger Ale / Beer — to top
- Slice of lime
Method:
