This is an amazing spring cocktail, bursting with sweet fruity flavours and slightly tart juniper notes.
Ingredients:
- 50ml Half Hitch Pink Berry Gin
- 15ml vermouth
- 10g cherry jam
- 10ml lemon juice
- 1 bar spoon simple syrup
Method:
Pour all ingredients into a shaker filled with ice. Shake vigorously to break up the jam. Stain the cocktail through a tea strainer to make it more clear. Garnish with organic cherry blossoms or other edible flowers like rose petals.
Rose Lemon Spritzer
In case if Cherry Blossom is too sweet for you, try to make this one. Rose Lemon Spritzer will be a perfect choice if you prefer citrus-forward notes in your drinks.
Ingredients:
- 2 tablespoons rose water
- 2 tablespoons fresh lemon juice
- 50ml vodka
- 1/2 tablespoon honey
- A few drops of blood orange or pomegranate juice
- 3/4 cup sparkling water
- Fresh roses — to garnish
Method:
Combine all the ingredients except sparkling water in a cocktail shaker and fill with ice. Shake it well and then strain into a glass. Pour in the sparkling water. Garnish with fresh roses for the sophisticated serving.
Raspberry Negroni
This variation of classic Negroni is a delicious choice for your next nightcap. Enjoy a seductive rich combination of fruit-forward gin, with a touch of bitterness and tartness.
Ingredients:
- 35ml Raspberry Gin
- 25ml vermouth
- 15ml red bitter
- ice
- A slice of pink grapefruit and a basil leaf — to garnish
Method:
Combine the gin, vermouth and red bitter in a tumbler with ice. Stir until the outside of the glass feels cold. Garnish with a slice of pink grapefruit and a basil leaf.

Rose & Pomegratane Soda is a perfect drink for your picnic or your next night in. It is delicious and easy to make mocktail.
Ingredients:
- 15ml Wild Hedgerow and Rose Shrub
- 50ml pomegranate juice
- 140ml soda water
Method:
Measure shrub and juice into a glass add soda and ice. Nice and easy, as we said. Enjoy!
Mountain Fizz
This is a bright and complex mojito alternative. Zero alcohol, tons of taste! Don't forget to share this drink with friends, they will like it!
Ingredients:
- 50ml Everleaf MOUNTAIN
- 25ml fresh lime juice
- 15ml wildflower honey
- 6-8 fresh mint leaves
- Pomegranate seeds — to garnish
Method:
Pour all the ingredients into a highball glass and mix with a spoon to dissolve the. Top the glass up with crushed ice and briefly churn with the spoon. Garnish with a sprig of fresh mint.
Double Dry Pomegranate Cosmo
In this non-alcoholic cocktail, fresh herbal notes in juniper double dry meet tart and fresh citrus notes and sweet agave syrup for your absolute enjoyment!
Ingredients:
- 50ml Warner's Dry Juniper Dry
- 35ml Fresh lime juice
- 50ml Pomegranate juice
- 20ml Agave syrup
Method:
Pour liquids in a shaker over ice put part of rosemary spring in the shaker too.
Shake vigorously and train into coup glass. Garnish with pomegranate seeds and a small sprig of rosemary.
