Virgin Mary

Ingredients:
- 90ml - tomato juice
- 15ml - freshly squeezed lemon juice
- Dash of Worcestershire sauce
- Pinch of celery salt
- Pinch of ground pepper
- 1/2 teaspoon of Tabasco sauce
- Celery stalk and leaves for garnish
Method:
Fill a highball glass 1/2 full with ice. Add tomato juice, lemon juice, sauce, salt, pepper, and Tabasco. Stir gently for 20 seconds and garnish your Virgin Mary with a celery stalk and leaves.

- 10ml of apple juice
- 20ml mint cordial
- Soda water
- Pear slices - to garnish
Method:
In a glass, slightly muddle the pear, thyme, and apple juice. Pour Warner's Double Dry and mint cordial. Add ice and stir. Then top up with soda and enjoy.
