Ingredients:- 30ml Avallen Calvados
- A teaspoon of your local honey⠀
- 1 dash orange bitters
- Champagne⠀
Add ingredients (except the champagne) to a cocktail glass (martini/coupe style). Stir with a teaspoon until the honey has dissolved. Top with chilled champagne and add a small orange peel for extra dazzle. ⠀

This non-alcoholic tequila classic tastes amazing with a Mockingbird Spirit — alcohol-free, agave-based spirit. Give it a try!
Ingredients:
- 50ml - Mockingbird spirit
- 150ml - pink grapefruit soda. Alternatively, 100ml soda water + 50ml grapefruit juice
Pour the tequila alternative, juice, sparkling water into the high glass. Add ice and garnish with grapefruit wedge. Garnish with a wedge of fresh grapefruit and enjoy!

Dark Side of the Moon Espresso Martini combines our Aluna Coconut Rum with Aluna Coconut Coffee Liqueur for a delicious Christmas serve.
Ingredients:
- 50ml Aluna Coconut Coffee Liqueur
- 25ml Aluna Coconut Rum
- Fresh Double Espresso
- Dash of maple syrup
Method:
Pour all the ingredients into s shaker filled with ice and shake them well. Double strain into a martini glass. Garnish with coffee beans.
Xeconi
Xeconi is a delightful version of the popular Negroni cocktail. Enjoy the dry sherry, sweet vermouth and bitter Campari dancing on your palate.
Ingredients:
- XECO Fino - 35 ml
- Sweet vermouth - 35 ml
- Campari - 10 ml
- Solerno blood orange liqueur (optional) - 10 ml
Method:
Combine all the ingredients together and then serve in a chilled coupe glass. Garnish your drink with a slice of orange, and you are ready to go!
Cranberry Martini
Gin, cranberry juice and triple sec, that's pretty much all that you need to make a great cocktail! This us the Cranberry Martini and its your new favorite cocktail!
Ingredients:
- 50 ml - Warner's Harrington Dry Gin
- 30 ml - lemon juice
- 30 ml - orange liqueur
- 50 ml - cranberry juice
- Orange wheel to garnish
Method:
Put a coupe glass into the freezer. Add all ingredients to a shaker over ice and stir for about 60 seconds until chilled. Strain into the chilled coupe glass and garnish with an orange peel. Enjoy your drink!
