SHERRY is arguably the most underrated ingredient in cocktails. We decided to fix this terrible mistake and made a list of our favourite and easy to make sherry cocktails. We hope that you will also enjoy these mixed drinks.

Monti Manhattan
This cocktail was created by our friends at XECO Wines. Monti Manhattan is a pleasant drink that will make a perfect aperitif.
Ingredients:
- XECO Amontillado - 50 ml
- Sweet vermouth - 25ml
- Angostura bitters - 2 dashes
Method:
Fill the shaker or mixing glass with ice. Stir all the ingredients and then pour the drink into the rocks glass filled with ice. Garnish your Monti Manhattan with a slice of orange and enjoy!
Xeconi
Xeconi is one more delicious cocktail created by XECO mixologists. Their Xeconi is a delightful version of the popular Negroni cocktail. Enjoy the dry sherry, sweet vermouth and bitter Campari dancing on your palate.
Ingredients:
- XECO Fino - 35 ml
- Sweet vermouth - 35 ml
- Campari - 10 ml
- Solerno blood orange liqueur (optional) - 10 ml
Method:
Combine all the ingredients together and then serve in a chilled coupe glass. Garnish your drink with a slice of orange, and you are ready to go!
Arena
Arena is an exquisitely tart aperitif. If you prefer bitter cocktails rather than a sweet ones, than you will enjoy a glass of Arena.
Ingredients:
- Dry sherry - 20 ml
- Vermouth dry - 20 ml
- Vermouth Rosso - 20 ml
- Orange Bitter - 1 dash
To garnish:
- Slice of ginger
- Slice of orange
Method:
Fill the shaker with ice and pour vermouths and sherry. Then add one dash of orange bitter and stir it well. Pour your cocktail into a cocktail glass and garnish with a slice of ginger and orange. Cheers!
Sherry Sour
Impress your friends and family with this easy-drinking Sherry Sour.
Ingredients:
- Sherry - 50ml
- Lemon juice - 20ml
- Sugar syrup - 20ml
- Egg white - 15ml
To garnish:
- Cocktail cherry
Method:
Pour 20ml of the sugar syrup, the sherry, lemon juice and egg white in a cocktail shaker filled with ice, and shake vigorously for 30 seconds. Strain into chilled coupe glass and make another portion cause you will definitely want more of it.
Sherry Flip
A cold weather fortifier, the Sherry Flip does well during winter evenings. This one will warm up your heart, soul, and body. And, of course, it will take you just a few minutes to make.
Ingredients:
- Cognac - 15ml
- Sherry - 45ml
- Egg yolk - 10ml
To garnish:
- Nutmeg
Method:
Add all ingredients to a shaker filled with ice, beat thoroughly, filter into a cocktail glass and sprinkle with ground nutmeg on top. Here's to sherry!
Adonis
The Adonis cocktail was created in the 1880s and named after the first Broadway musical who run for more than 500 performances. This drink is a perfect low in alcohol yet rich in flavour aperitif.
Ingredients:
- Dry sherry - 45 ml
- Sweet vermouth - 45 ml
- Orange bitter - 2 dash
- Orange peel
Method:
Add all of the ingredients to a mixing glass filled with ice, and stir until chilled. Pour into a coupe glass, and garnish with an orange peel. Here's to Adonis!
Sherry Martini
Dry and deep, Sherry Martini is a variation of classical vodka martini. If you prefer something dry and extra boozy, you will definitely enjoy this one.

Stir with ice in a high glass and pour in the chilled copa bowl. Garnish with a slice of lemon peel. Enjoy your drink!
