- 10ml - ginger wine
- 20ml - cranberry juice
- 15ml - freshly squeezed lime juice
- 10g - fresh ginger
- 5ml - honey
- nutmeg, grating
Method:
Chop the fresh ginger and muddle it with lime juice and honey in a shaker glass. Add rum, cranberry juice, ginger wine and shake it well. Pour into a coupe glass over ice and top up with either ginger beer or prosecco. Dust with nutmeg and enjoy.

- 6 oranges
- cloves
- 1 1/2 c. superfine sugar
- 1/2 gallon sweet apple cider
Method:
Stud oranges with cloves and bake until they soften. Place oranges in a punch bowl, then add rum and sugar. Set fire to the rum, and in a few minutes begin slowly adding cider, thus extinguishing the flames. Stir in cinnamon and nutmeg. Keep the mixture hot to serve.
