This one's a riff on a classic Gin Fizz but with a smokey, punchy and pink Brighton twist.
- 40ml Brighton Gin Seaside Strength
- 20ml mezcal
- 25 ml fresh lime juice
- 7.5 ml sugar syrup
- 7.5 ml grenadine syrup
Shake the ingredients with ice, fine strain into a glass filled with ice. Then top up with either soda water (= fizz) or even English Sparkling wine (= royale) and enjoy.

Who doesn't love a good Dark and Stormy? This classic drink is the perfect mix of sweet and strong, and we've got the perfect vegan recipe for you. Trust us, this one's a real crowd-pleaser.
- 60ml Dark Matter Spiced Rum
- 20ml lime juice
- 10ml sugar syrup
- 2 dashes of Angostura bitters
Shake all 4 ingredients and pour over ice cube in a highball, Top up with ginger beer and garnish with a lime wedge.

Sapling vodka is a delicate and smooth spirit with herbaceous, citrusy notes. It pairs well in cold brew coffee and vanilla extract to give you that refreshing tipple on those spring evenings spent enjoying time with friends!
- 25 ml - Sapling vodka
- 15ml - cold brew coffee
- 1 dash vanilla extract
- 2ml - Demerara sugar
- 125ml - soda water
Combine vodka, coffee and sugar in a rocks glass. Stir until sugar dissolves. Add vanilla extract and top up with soda.
Recipe - Nc'nean
Whisky six is simple and refreshing way to enjoy Nc'nean organic single malt whisky. This whisky is a smooth and elegant libation, with flavours of citrus, peach, apricot and spice.
- 2 parts Nc’nean (50ml)
- 4 parts soda water (100ml)
- Mint sprig to garnish
Fill a glass with cubed ice and add all the ingredients. Gently stir then garnish with a fresh sprig of mint.

- 120ml high-quality lemonade
- A squeeze of grapefruit
- Rosemary and seasonal berries for garnish
Fill your glass with ice. Add Nuet Aquavit and lemonadel. Squeeze in the juice from a slice of grapefruit, and toss it in. Garnish with rosemary and fresh seasonal berries or any other garnish that you like and enjoy your Nuet moment.
