You might be surprised to discover that though many cocktails are based on fruits and veggies, some may include non-vegan ingredients such as eggs, honey, or cream. And even dyes extracted from insects for making cocktails taste better.
But don't worry, you can keep your cocktails vegan by switching non-vegan ingredients up into vegan ones. For example, you can substitute cream with coconut or almond milk so it’ll still have that creamy edge. Or add aquafaba instead of egg white to bring the structure to your sour. It's a vegan egg substitute from chickpea. There's no need to deny yourself pleasures.
If you're looking for some vegan cocktail recipes to try out, look no further. We've got five delicious recipes that will definitely hit the spot.
