Hi, all Negroni sippers over there, this one is for you!  Let’s make Sapling’s version of this classic cocktail. Sapling Vodka is perfect for Negroni. It is crisp, smooth and naturally sweet.

  1. Stir all the ingredients together. Use a shaker, or if you don’t have one, take a glass can or your coffee-to-go mug. 
  2. Fill the rocks glass with ice.
  3. Strain the mix into glass.
  4. Garnish your Sapling Negroni with lemon peel.

Winter Gin and Tonic

  • 60ml tonic water
  • 15ml spiced simple syrup
  • 15ml orange juice
  • 1.5 cups ice
  • Cloves, allspices, and an orange slice to garnish

  1. Softly mix gin, tonic, syrup, juice and a cup of ice together in the mixing glass. 
  2. Strain the combination into the wine glass over ice.
  3. Garnish with whole cloves, whole allspices, and orange slice.

  1. Add the hot water, gin, chocolate powder into the mug. Stir the ingredients until they mixed together. 
  2. Pour the mixture into a cup.
  3. Top the double cream nice and slowly over the back of a teaspoon.
