There are so many delicious gins out there. Most of them are gorgeous both neat and as team players in cocktails. We chose some of the most delicious gin cocktails that you can make at home. Some of the bottles that you’ll need except gin are triple sec, vermouth, and campari. Other ingredients include juices, sugar syrup, spices, and fruits (lime, orange, strawberry). You will also need a shaker, but if you don’t have one, no worries, you can always go with your coffee-to-go mug or a jar instead.

Negroni

Let’s start with some classics. The Negroni is one of the easiest and most delicious gin cocktails. It is called after Count Camillo Negroni, the Italian fellow who once asked his bartender to strengthen his favorite cocktail the Americano with a splash of gin instead of tonic water.   • Lemon juice — 25 ml.

  • Campari —15 ml.
  • Powdered sugar —1 tsp.
  • Egg white — 1.
  • Ice.
  • Nutmeg.
  • Orange peel or cocktail cherry.

Making:
Feel shaker with ice, add the gin, lemon juice, orange juice, Campari, sugar and egg white. Shake it really good. Strain your Christmas cocktail into a coupe glass, add a little bit of nutmeg, garnish with orange peel or cocktail cherry and enjoy!

  • Simple syrup — 25 ml.
  • Egg white —15 ml.
  • Maraschino cherry.
  • Lemon slice.
  • Ice.

Making:
Shake gin, lemon juice, syrup amd egg white in a shaker for 30 seconds, add ice cubes and shake well again. Strain into an ice-filled cocktail glass. Garnish with a cherry and lemon. Enjoy!

Bee’s Knees cocktail comes from the Prohibition period. This phrase was used as a slang meaning “the best”. Its featuring gin, honey, and lemon juice. Simple and delicious, just as you like!
