Some of the bottles that you’ll need except gin are triple sec, vermouth, and campari. Other ingredients include juices, sugar syrup, spices, and fruits (lime, orange, strawberry). It is called after Count Camillo Negroni, the Italian fellow who once asked his bartender to strengthen his favorite cocktail the Americano with a splash of gin instead of tonic water. - Cotswolds Old Tom Gin — 30 ml.
- Campari — 30 ml.
- Vermouth — 30 ml.
- Orange peel.

- Warner's London Dry Gin — 50ml.
- Lemon juice — 25ml.
- Simple syrup — 12.5ml.
- Crème de mure — 12.5ml.
- Lemon peel to garnish.
- Blackberries to serve.
First things first. Pour gin, lemon juice, sugar syrup, and ice into a shaker and mix it well. Then strain into a glass filled with crushed ice. Sprinkle the crème de mure over ice. Serve Bramble Gin Cocktail with a lemon peel and blackberries. Enjoy!

- Cranberry Juice — 55 ml.

- Brighton Pavilion Strength Gin — 50 ml.
- Lemon juice — 25 ml.
- Orange juice —15 ml.
- Campari —15 ml.
- Powdered sugar —1 tsp.
- Egg white — 1.
- Orange peel or cocktail cherry.
Feel shaker with ice, add the gin, lemon juice, orange juice, Campari, sugar and egg white. Shake it really good. Strain your Christmas cocktail into a coupe glass, add a little bit of nutmeg, garnish with orange peel or cocktail cherry and enjoy!
Gin Fizz is a classical highball mixed drink. It is easy to make and incredibly refreshing.
- Brighton Gin Seaside Navy Strength — 50 ml.
- Lemon juice — 25 ml.
- Sugar syrup — 2 tsp.
- Sparkling water.
- Slice of lemon.
Fill the shaker with ice cubes, then add the gin, lemon juice and sugar syrup. Shake it well and then strain into a tall glass filled with ice and pour a splash of sparkling water. Garnish with lemon. You are ready to go!
You thought that we forgot about Gin and Tonic? Never! We were looking for the best recipe to share with you. Here you go, a spicy and flavourful Strawberry & Black Pepper Gin & Tonic. Let’s shake it!
- 3 strawberries fresh or frozen.
- Freshly ground black pepper
- Warner's Elderflower Gin — 45 ml.
- Tonic water
Muddle the strawberries with a good twist of freshly ground black pepper in a shaker. Pour this substance into an ice-filled glass. Add in the gin and a splash tonic. Garnish with a strawberry and serve!

- Tarsier's Oriental Pink Gin — 40 ml.
- Lemon juice — 20 ml.
- Grenadine 15 ml.
- 1 egg white.
- 1tsp cream.
Mix the ingredients in an empty cocktail shaker and shake to emulsify the egg white. Then fill your shaker with ice and shake again. Serve in a martini glass or cocktail coupe.

- Warner's Harrington Dry Gin — 50 ml.
- Lemon juice — 30 ml.
- Cointreau or Triple Sec — 30 ml.
- Cranberry juice — 50 ml.
- Orange wheel to garnish
Put a coupe glass into the freezer. Add all ingredients to a shaker over ice and stir for about 60 seconds until chilled. Strain into the chilled coupe glass and garnish with an orange peel. Enjoy your drink!

- Cotswolds Dry Gin — 60 ml.
- Fresh lemon juice — 25 ml.
- Simple syrup — 25 ml.
- Egg white —15 ml.
- Maraschino cherry.
- Lemon slice.
Shake gin, lemon juice, syrup amd egg white in a shaker for 30 seconds, add ice cubes and shake well again. Strain into an ice-filled cocktail glass. Garnish with a cherry and lemon. Enjoy!
Bee’s Knees cocktail comes from the Prohibition period. This phrase was used as a slang meaning “the best”. Its featuring gin, honey, and lemon juice. Simple and delicious, just as you like!
- Warner's Honeybee Gin — 60 ml.
- Fresh lemon juice — 20 ml.
- Honey syrup — 30 ml.
- Lemon peel.
To make honey syrup take ½ cup of honey and ½ cup of water and stir it in a saucepan until the honey is dissolved. Cool the syrup and let's make the Bee’s Knees!
Add ice, syrup, gin, and juice into a shaker and shake for 30 seconds. Stir it into a glass and garnish with lemon peel. Cheers!
